Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Generalist HR professional to gather recruitment needs from managers, craft and post job adverts via our ATS, and perform sourcing and pre-screening of applicants.

You will organize recruitment panels, coordinate onboarding, and monitor probation periods while advising managers on HR matters and ensuring GEPP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Proficient with office software.
• Proficient with an HRIS (SIRH).
• Proficient with an ATS.

Responsibilities
