Job summary

AdaCore is seeking an HR Data and Social Reporting Intern in Paris to design, set up, and automate key HR dashboards as we launch Rippling in 2027. You will help structure data, define KPIs, and build templates for standard reporting across HR functions.

The role focuses on inclusion and diversity dashboards, social reporting, and data governance, supporting a data-driven approach to people management with close HR team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M1/M2) in HR, Business Analytics, Data Management, or Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
• English proficiency and strong numerical/data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential HR data.
• Good communication and collaboration across HR, legal, finance, and I&D groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize HRIS reporting for new analytics modules.
• Define consistent HR data structures, KPIs, and reporting templates.
• Automate data extraction workflows and maintain dashboards.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and tools.
