Job summary

Keoni in France seeks a Data Analyst/Data Project Manager to drive analytics and dashboards within the AI & Data Department, partnering with Production, HR and Finance to define indicators and deliver actionable insights. You will frame analytics requirements, develop new dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with IT, data platform and governance teams to ensure data quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

Expertise in a data visualization tool: good understanding of Power BI, with a strong motivation for creating, developing, and maintaining dashboards.
Experience in project management and setting up data collection.
Expertise in BigQuery.
Ability to transform data into concrete analyses and recommendations.
Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and analytical skills.
Experience in data analysis in the HR/Finance/Audiovisual Production sectors would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Defining new analytics and dashboard requirements with business units (Production, HR, Finance, etc.): from needs assessment (including defining indicators and scope) and data collection from information systems, to final delivery and user support for the analytics and dashboards
Implementing appropriate analytics based on existing dashboards and available data
Developing new dashboards
Adjusting/Automating/Simplifying existing dashboards using Power BI
Collaborating with IT technical teams, data platform teams, and Data Governance teams
Collaborating with all Group departments
Implementing a multi-departmental working methodology
