Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking an HR Intern for its Headquarters in Nanterre. You will report to the Group People Analytics, Tools and Process manager within Talent Management and work on HR KPI reporting, data analytics, HRIS projects, and HR communications.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI plus English fluency are required. Ideal candidates have a first experience in HR/HRIS or data analysis in an international environment and a passion for digital HR tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and PowerBI (PowerBI is a MUST).
• Good presentation skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Passionate about digital HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on HR KPIs & reporting.
• People and data analytics.
• Coordinate HR transformation & HRIS projects.
• Lead HR communication and events for HR processes & tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
