Job summary

FORVIA is seeking an HR Apprentice at our Nanterre headquarters to support the Group Talent Development team. You will report to the Group People Analytics, Tools and Process manager and work on KPI reporting, analytics and HRIS projects.

This internship emphasizes Excel prowess, Power BI, strong presentation and communication skills, and full English proficiency. Prior HR/HRIS or data analysis exposure in an international environment is a plus.

We are looking for an HR intern to join our team!

Our Group Talent Development team is looking for an HR Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

In the headcourter of Forvia, you will be reporting to the Group People Analytics, Tools and process manager within the Talent Management team.

You will be working on the following topics :

• People and Data Analytics
• Coordinate HR Transformation & HRIS Projects
• Lead HR communication and events for the HR processes & Tools, Power BI is a plus

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Proficient in Excel and PowerBI
• Good Presentation Skills
• Great communication skills
• Full proficiency in English is mandatory
• Passionate about digital HR Tools
• A first experience in Human Resources / HRIS /or Data analysis in an international environment is a plus
