You’ll help build visual analytics that guide recruitment decisions globally, using Power BI and Tableau, while shaping automated data pipelines alongside a worldwide tech community.

You’ll collaborate with HR teams and cloud architects, turning business questions into measurable indicators and communicating insights in English and French.

Qualifications

• Data Visualisation & Analysis: Practical skills in Power BI or Tableau to build clear, immediately actionable dashboards.
• Data Modelling & Querying: Solid grounding in SQL basics and a sound understanding of relational database structures.
• Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with Python, R, or DAX to clean datasets and streamline data workflows.
• Analytical Synthesis: Ability to turn core business questions into concrete decision-making indicators.
• Communication & Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and French to collaborate with multicultural teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Explore varied data sources and model interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Participate in building reliable automated data pipelines alongside our global community of 2,000 Tech experts.
• Assist in structuring decision-making metrics to track inclusion and equity commitments across 80 nationalities.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and HR business teams to prototype decision-support tools used every day.
