Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Data Analyst & Visualisation Intern for HR Tech to turn raw talent data into clear, actionable dashboards. You’ll help build visual analytics that guide recruitment decisions globally, using Power BI and Tableau, while shaping automated data pipelines alongside a worldwide tech community.

You’ll collaborate with HR teams and cloud architects, turning business questions into measurable indicators and communicating insights in English and French.

Qualifications

• Data Visualisation & Analysis: Practical skills in Power BI or Tableau to build clear, immediately actionable dashboards.
• Data Modelling & Querying: Solid grounding in SQL basics and a sound understanding of relational database structures.
• Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with Python, R, or DAX to clean datasets and streamline data workflows.
• Analytical Synthesis: Ability to turn core business questions into concrete decision-making indicators.
• Communication & Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and French to collaborate with multicultural teams worldwide.

Responsibilities
