Ingenico is seeking a dynamic apprentice to support the Social Controlling team for 12 months in Paris. The role offers exposure to HR reporting, payroll analysis, workforce planning, and social data management in an international environment.

The apprentice will work on mandatory HR reports, payroll controls, surveys, and ad hoc HR/Finance analytics while developing automation for recurring reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree, MSc, or equivalent business school program.
• Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR controlling, finance, payroll, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or Analytics/Business Intelligence tools is considered a plus.
• Operational level of English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare mandatory HR and social reports in collaboration with the HR department, including Social Report, Gender Equality Index, and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Participate in payroll control and verification activities alongside the Payroll team.
• Prepare responses to official surveys and statutory requests (INSEE, ACEMO, DARES, CEREQ).
• Respond to ad hoc requests from HR and Finance stakeholders and monitor workforce metrics and headcount reporting.
• Support the preparation of presentations for CSSCT meetings, quarterly employment reviews, and employee representative committees.
• Contribute to automation of recurring reports and help optimize reporting tools and dashboards.
