dsm-firmenich in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, invites applications for a Finance Apprentice. This on-site program runs 12 to 24 months, offering hands-on experience in finance data analytics within a globally diverse organization, with training across systems, dashboards, and reporting.

You will work on end-to-end projects, learn to automate dashboards with Excel, create Power BI visuals, and collaborate with senior managers across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance / Data Analytics or equivalent
• Experience with data analytics in finance or internships
• Interest in digital transformation of financial processes and data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Gain experience on end-to-end projects and live finance activities.
• Produce and monitor financial and non-financial reports to support business performance.
• Support leaders in building strategic scenarios, business plans, and investment cases.
• Participate in the periodic closing process.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and recurring dashboards in Excel (advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus).
• Develop Power BI visualizations to improve data readability.
• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems.
• Induction and mentoring program
