Mistral.ai in Paris or London is seeking a Technical Project Lead on the HPC team to oversee the delivery of high-performance computing projects from deployment to production. You will ensure HPC clusters are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with technical and operational goals.

You will manage resources, negotiate with data centers and infrastructure providers, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Requires technical degree in computer science, general engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in large infrastructure project management, preferably HPC.
Strong program management experience with delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation skills for vendor engagements.

Responsabilités

Oversee delivery of HPC clusters from hardware deployment to production readiness.
Strategically manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for on-time completion.
Allocate resources and manage budgets to support project goals.
Negotiate with data centers and infrastructure providers for necessary agreements.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align technical and operational objectives.
Communicate project progress and strategic direction to stakeholders.
Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to project standards.
