Generator Paris is seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and guest experiences in Paris. You will drive service excellence, cost control and team performance while upholding brand standards across bedrooms and public areas.

As a hands-on leader, you will inspire a motivated team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety compliance, all within our vibrant, cosmopolitan Paris workspace.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Oversees the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including bedrooms and public areas, ensuring they are maintained and consistent with company standards
• Respond to all guest requests and guest opportunities in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets
• Dealing with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies
• Oversees the repair and service requests for maintenance issues; ensures all service work is completed in a timely manner
• Take accountability for managing laundry and labour controls
• Have an eye for detail and ensure brand standards are adhered to
• Manage, train and inspire the team, driving performance through hands on leadership
• Facilitate the flow of information throughout the department, by organising regular handovers and team meetings
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive of COSHH. Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% Health and Safety compliance throughout the hotel

LES MISSIONS DU POSTE

• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du service Housekeeping, notamment les chambres et les espaces communs, en veillant à leur entretien et au respect des standards de l’entreprise.
• Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients et saisir toutes les opportunités d’améliorer leur expérience de manière rapide et efficace afin de garantir leur satisfaction.
• Avoir une bonne compréhension des enjeux commerciaux et de l’importance du respect des coûts et du budget du département.
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs de linge, de produits d’entretien et de fournitures destinées aux clients.
• Superviser les demandes de réparation et d’intervention liées aux problèmes de maintenance et veiller à ce que les travaux soient réalisés dans les meilleurs délais.
• Être responsable de la gestion de la blanchisserie ainsi que du contrôle des coûts liés à la main‑d’œuvre.
• Avoir un excellent sens du détail et veiller au respect des standards de la marque.
• Manager, former et motiver l’équipe, en favorisant la performance grâce à un management de proximité et une présence active sur le terrain.
• Faciliter la circulation des informations au sein du département en organisant régulièrement des transmissions et des réunions d’équipe.
• Maîtriser les exigences en matière de santé et de sécurité, notamment celles relatives aux produits chimiques (COSHH). Gérer l’ensemble des processus d’audit avec un haut niveau d’exigence et garantir une conformité à 100 % aux normes de santé et de sécurité dans l’établissement.

• Vous êtes très orienté(e) client et disposez d’excellentes qualités de communication.
• Vous êtes très organisé(e) et parfaitement à l’aise avec la gestion des documents et tâches administratives.
• Vous avez un véritable esprit d’équipe tout en possédant un excellent sens du détail.
• Vous êtes capable de maintenir la motivation de vos équipes pendant des journées ou des services longs et exigeants.
• Vous êtes flexible concernant les horaires de travail.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie.
• Bonne connaissance de l’ensemble des activités d’un service Housekeeping.
• Expérience avec les systèmes PMS (Property Management System) utilisés dans l’hôtellerie.
