Job summary

Ruby Hotels in Marseille is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals for full-time roles at Ruby Lilou. You will lead shifts, coordinate service across the bar, dining, and front desk, and ensure top-quality, hygienic operations with a personable team mindset.

Fluent French and English are required; experience with international guests is a plus. You’ll enjoy Lean Luxury benefits and staff rates while growing through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.

• Already gained experience in a similar position within trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotels.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn.

• Enjoy working with international guests and handle needs with a smart approach.
• Fluent French and English spoken.
