Job summary

Ruby Group is seeking hospitality professionals to join the Marseille team, bringing personality and a can-do spirit to a vibrant kitchen environment. You’ll maintain cleanliness, support dishwashing and prep tasks, and help uphold high hygiene standards in a dynamic setting near Marseille’s cultural hub.

We value reliable, multitasking individuals with good English and/or French communication who enjoy working with others, and who are eager to grow within a Lean Luxury-inspired, boutique

Qualifications

• Must have an eye for cleanliness and order.
• Must be reliable, multitasking and proactive.
• Good communication skills in English and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen, dishwashing area and surfaces sparkling clean and tidy.
• Ensure dishes, cutlery and items end up in the right place.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and HACCP knowledge.
• Assist with prep work in the kitchen and goods receipt/inspection/storage.
• Help with waste disposal and empties management.
• Support smooth operations across kitchen and service areas.
