Responsibilities

• Actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure service, quality, and hygiene standards are met with attention to detail.
• Take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members.
• Handle communication and ensure information flows smoothly within the team.
• Take guest feedback seriously and ensure quick, efficient resolutions.
• Share insider tips about city hotspots to help guests feel at home from first to last drink.
