Ruby is a fast-growing hospitality group based in Marseille, blending Lean Luxury with contemporary, affordable luxury. The role focuses on guest service at the front desk, breakfast service, and bar/food support within a vibrant hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have some hotel experience, can work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively in French and English. The team emphasises personality, teamwork and guest satisfaction in a dynamic Marseille setting.

• Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic, team player and good with guests.
• Fluent in French and English.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for guests at the front desk and assist with self-check-in.
• Assist guests with breakfast, cocktails, snacks, and bar/food service as needed.
• Prepare beverages and snacks with attention to detail and speed.
• Maintain mise-en-place, stock, and storage according to standards.
• Share insider tips with guests and guide them to local hotspots.
