Berlin Packaging France SAS is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business and manage an expanding customer portfolio in France. You will prospect, qualify needs, tailor packaging solutions with our NPD team, and oversee projects through CRM, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2–5 years in business development or account management, a commercial or technical education, fluency in English, and a strong network in the local market.

Formación

• 2–5 years in business development, customer portfolio management and new customer acquisition.
• Strong interest in selling technical products and commercial negotiation.
• Good knowledge of the local business environment and an established professional network.
• Experience in industrial, healthcare and/or packaging sectors is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Identifying and analyzing customer needs and constraints.
• Developing tailor-made packaging solutions with our NPD department.
• Managing and following up customer projects.
• Building customer loyalty and developing the existing portfolio.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Managing commercial activity through CRM tools and regular reporting.
