Job summary

Herno, an internationally recognised Italian brand, is seeking a Client Advisor for a 40-hour full-time position at the Paris store located at 257 Rue Saint Honoré. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with the brand’s values and aesthetic.

You will welcome customers, build relationships through clienteling, present collections with attention to craftsmanship, and support visual merchandising while handling till operations and teamwork with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Assistant/Client Advisor in fashion, luxury, or premium sector.
• Strong customer focus and retail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Passion for fashion and eye for style.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

The successful candidate will become part of the sales team, helping to deliver and ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with the brand’s values and aesthetic.

Specifically, they will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Presenting the collections, highlighting the products and their craftsmanship;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in the fashion, luxury or premium sector;
• Strong customer focus and retail orientation;

• Excellent and fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus).
