Moncler in Paris is looking for a full-time Client Advisor to enhance our Flagship team. The ideal candidate should possess luxury retail experience, have strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury retail.

Moncler is looking for a full‑time Client Advisor to complete the team in our amazing Flagship on Champs‑Elysées in Paris.

Your Impact

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long‑lasting relationship.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well.

Activities

• Ensures an unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
• Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
• Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management;
• Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
• Fluency & Sophistication in French and English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
