Job summary

Herno, an internationally recognised Italian brand, is seeking a Client Advisor for a 40-hour full-time position at the Paris store located at 257 Rue Saint Honoré. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with the brand’s values and aesthetic.

You will welcome customers, build relationships through clienteling, present collections with attention to craftsmanship, and support visual merchandising while handling till operations and teamwork with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Assistant/Client Advisor in fashion, luxury, or premium sector.
• Strong customer focus and retail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Passion for fashion and eye for style.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a personalised service and an excellent shopping experience.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships through clienteling and storytelling.
• Presenting the collections, highlighting the products and their craftsmanship.
• Supporting visual merchandising activities in accordance with company guidelines.
• Managing till operations and sales procedures.
• Contributing to maintaining the store’s quality standards.
• Actively collaborating with the team and the Store Manager.
