Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada to build Prévenir, a new occupational health service. You will work on an AI-first medical software stack, shaping features from concept to production, and improve the onsite and digital member experience at our Paris office.

Based in France, you’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions while enjoying remote work flexibility and a fast‑paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Ability to work on both backend and frontend.
• Interest in scalable, reliable systems with real users.
