Alan is hiring an engineer to help build Prévenir, an occupational health service in France. You’ll join a fast-growing healthtech team crafting an AI-first medical software and a seamless HR workflow for prevention and care.

Based in Paris or with hybrid remote options, you’ll collaborate with doctors, designers and operations to ship prod-quality features quickly and safely. We move fast and own the product from idea to release.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Experience with React and Python/Flask in production environments.
• Ability to design reliable, scalable systems for real users.
