Alan is hiring in Paris for an engineer to build AI-first medical software and a seamless onsite member experience. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, product designers and other engineering teams to ship production features daily.

We value the ability to own end-to-end parts of the stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces, while maintaining reliability and regulatory awareness in a healthtech environment. Paris-based, with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Comfortable with backend or frontend work.
• Able to build scalable, reliable systems with high uptime.
• French fluency is a plus; based in Paris a nice-to-have.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-first medical software features used by health professionals.
• Help design and implement the onsite member experience in Paris.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, product designers and other eng teams.
• Build the customer setup machinery for HR, onboarding and billing.
