Alan is building Prévenir, the new occupational health service in France, with a tech-first approach to prevention. We hire across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada, and you’ll join a cross-disciplinary team designing AI-driven medical software and onsite experiences for workers and health professionals.

Based in Paris and eligible to work in France, you’ll contribute to a product that blends healthcare, HR admin and care, while shipping features daily in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features (backend or frontend)
• Comfortable with both backend and frontend
• Ability to design reliable, scalable systems used by real users

Responsabilités

• Build AI-first medical software features used by health professionals and admins
• Develop onsite member experiences, online and at the medical center
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers, researchers and other engineering teams across Alan
• Help design and implement the onboarding, affiliation, billing and risk declaration workflows
