Alan is building Prévenir, a new occupational health service that combines insurance, prevention and care. You will help design and develop AI-powered medical software and the customer setup machinery, enabling HR and workers to engage with prevention initiatives seamlessly.

Based in Paris with remote work flexibility, you’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, product designers and engineers to ship impactful features in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features (backend or frontend)
• Comfortable with both frontend and backend development
• Experience building reliable, scalable systems in a team

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers, researchers and other eng teams to build new features.
• Design and implement AI-first medical software modules and onsite member experiences.
• Participate in end-to-end product development from discovery to deployment.
