Alan is building Prévenir, a brand-new occupational health service in France. We are a fast-growing healthtech integrating insurance, prevention and care, with a dedicated medical stack and a Paris-based medical center.

You will join an autonomous, startup-like engineering team inside Europe’s fastest-growing healthtech, with exposure to doctors, nurses and HR professionals. You will help design and deliver AI-first medical software and onsite experiences for workers and health professionals,

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Comfortable with backend and frontend development.
• Occupational health domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI-first medical software used by health professionals and HR teams.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, Product Designers, and other engineering teams.
• Design and implement onsite member experiences and digital workflows for Prévenir.
