Vega Health seeks a Business Associate to support AI implementation engagements with healthcare organizations, turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. You will analyze business problems, coordinate across workstreams, and support successful customer implementations, gaining exposure to healthcare operations and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Engineering, CS, Economics, or related field.
• 0-2+ years in consulting, healthcare, operations, customer success, implementation, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling and visualization with PowerPoint.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and collaborative environments.
• Experience analyzing datasets, building presentations, or supporting customer-facing projects.
• Interest in AI and healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive milestones across workstreams and deliverables.
• Prepare client-specific materials, document decisions, and action items.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide day-to-day support.
• Organize information to support customer implementations and decisions.
• Coordinate requests, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and SOPs.
• Support onboarding and customer success activities.
