Job summary

DeepHealth seeks an Associate Director, AI Program Office to lead enterprise-wide AI governance, risk assurance, and cost management within a regulated healthcare and medical imaging environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 8+ years of leadership in technology programs.
• Experience operationalizing governance in regulated environments (Healthcare, MedTech, or Financial Services).
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment with executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operationalize the enterprise AI governance framework with transparent gates.
• Coordinate risk, compliance, and cost controls for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and QA to ensure compliant AI adoption.
• Lead AI FinOps, tooling registry, and vendor management for AI platforms.
• Define program roadmaps and KPIs, reporting health to the CTO.
