Vocca is building AI voice agents that handle patient calls, book appointments, and free up staff for care. We are opening the US market and growing a small, hands-on product team in Paris.

You will own the integration landscape, define which software we connect first, and build a unified TypeScript layer to handle rules across medical centres. You will collaborate with ops, sales, and clinics to prove from day one the impact of your decisions.

Qualifikationen

• First week: Onboarded on the stack and make a live integration fix.
• First month: Own one integration end to end and show what changed.
• First 3 months: Unify booking layer in TypeScript and standardize the approach.
• You will open US integrations in production and hire at least one engineer.
• You communicate effectively with clients and partners in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Architect the booking layer and move to a unified TypeScript implementation.
• Ensure speed and reliability for close to 1M calls per month.
• Define the roadmap for which software we connect first with sales, ops and clinics.
• Manage relationships with software vendors in FR and US.
• Build and mentor the team, including reviews and documentation.
