Job summary

Parallel is building AI and automation for healthcare facilities. We are seeking an Account Manager to ensure existing clients achieve success with our product, understand their needs, and uncover growth opportunities within their organizations.

You will autonomously manage a portfolio of accounts, drive product adoption, respond to questions, and report KPIs to leadership while nurturing relationships with IT, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
• Organized, rigorous and autonomous in workload management.
• Comfortable using data for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to own customer relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts.
• Ensure product adoption and respond to customer questions.
• Maintain relationships with IT teams and executives.
• Track KPIs and report client satisfaction to leadership; identify cross-sell opportunities.
