Back Market is seeking a senior leader to own Talent Development end-to-end, unifying performance, careers, skills, learning, and succession into one trusted system. You will design Career Architecture, own Workday Talent and Learning modules, and shape a scalable learning offer for a fast-growing international company.

You will manage 2–3 FTE, balance run vs. build, and partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent management, talent development, or learning
• Hands-on Workday Talent/Learning deployment as business owner
• Learning budget ownership and vendor management
• Experience managing and growing a team of talent or learning professionals
• Ability to lead without formal authority with partners across functions
• Excellent English; French is a strong plus

Responsabilités

• Own Back Market's Talent Development end-to-end, connecting performance, careers, skills, learning, and succession into one trusted system
• Lead the redesign of the People Cycle—annual review, calibration, and promotions with retroplans and manager training
• Build the job and competency framework on Career Architecture with Talent Acquisition and Rewards
• Lead the Workday Talent module remaster and Learning deployment as system owner
• Redesign learning offerings and priority programmes for managers and teams
• Manage and grow a team of 2–3 FTE and plan headcount as programmes land
• Co-own the Talent hub roadmap with Head of Talent Acquisition and represent Talent Development in leadership meetings
