Hublo is hiring a Head of Talent to lead recruitment strategy and the Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with managers, and build a scalable, high-quality hiring function that supports business priorities and preserves Hublo’s culture.

You will manage 2 internal recruiters, RPO partners, and freelancers, setting standards and driving evidence-based hiring decisions across the organisation. This builder’s role emphasizes accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience leading a Talent Acquisition team of at least two recruiters.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain a live recruitment capacity plan covering 60 to 100 hires per year.
• Own the full recruitment cycle, from intake brief to probation confirmation.
• Design and deploy a structured hiring methodology based on scorecards, structured interviews, and calibration.
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including internal recruiters, RPO partners, and freelancers.
• Monitor pipeline health, recruitment timelines, and KPI trends for leadership.
