Job summary

Accor, a global hospitality leader, seeks a senior technical leader in Data Science & AI to drive ML, GenAI and LLM initiatives across the group. You will design, deploy and scale AI solutions that impact customer experience, hotel operations and internal teams.

Reporting to the SVP of Data Science & AI, you will define Accor’s AI architecture, mentor engineers, lead POCs, and collaborate with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize high-impact AI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, including deep learning, generative AI and LLMs.
• Proven track record of designing, deploying and operating ML and Generative AI solutions, including chatbots and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to explain GenAI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch) and related ecosystems.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based MLOps and LLMOps (AWS, MLflow, CI/CD).
• Hospitality, travel, retail, or large-scale B2C/B2B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AI initiatives from framing to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement LLM-based solutions, conversational assistants and agentic workflows.
• Define and lead Accor’s AI architecture for scalability and best practices.
• Establish best practices in prompt engineering, evaluation, MLOps and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data, Platform and Product teams to industrialize AI solutions.
• Mentor the Data & Engineering community on architectures and components.
• Lead PoCs to evaluate new models, tools and frameworks.
