Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital seeks Operations Champions to represent the program and drive adoption of its hotel operations changes. You will validate designs, influence positive participation, and support change management across hotels, balancing operational realities with strategic goals.

Candidates with OPERA Cloud experience and strong communication will thrive in this dynamic role. Remote work in France with flexible options and a focus on accor values, training, and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and change projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English; another local language.
• Subject matter expert in at least one hotel-management discipline.
• OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 experience preferred; FOLS experience a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel technology and applications.
• Customer care skills with multi-workstream management.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Protect Operations interests; analyze change requests and assess impacts and risks.
• Follow SOPs and adjust as needed due to system changes.
• Contribute to success measurement; design, deploy and evaluate surveys.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and site visits; document outputs and track issues.
• Engage with all project areas to provide risk, dependencies, and input.
• Attend installation and Change Management journey steps; be the Operations voice.
• Learn OPERA Cloud at front desk operational level; attend rollout meetings as SME.
• Support deployment engineers with Accor knowledge on processes.
• Assist Change Management in content creation to motivate participation.
• Assist Oracle in evaluating training initiatives; maximize learning experience.
• Provide regular progress updates to program streams; travel for hotel cutovers.
