Back Market is seeking a Head of Product, Care, to define and lead the product strategy across a multi-user domain including customers, Care agents, and sellers. You will own vision, roadmap, and execution while guiding five product managers across five teams.

You will champion AI-powered solutions, ensure high standards for quality and trust, and collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Customer Care Officer to drive operational impact and scalability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams across a multi-squad or multi-domain scope.
• Proven track record defining and executing product strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort building AI-powered products for operational or customer-facing use cases.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a multi-year vision for the Care domain aligned with company strategy.
• Lead five Product Managers across five squads to enable high-quality execution.
• Own the strategy and evolution of all Care‑related tooling and platforms.
• Ensure Care is core to every service and product launch with scalable processes.
• Drive AI transformation within Care to improve customer and agent experiences.
