Nagarro1 is seeking a Senior Product Lead to own the vision, roadmap and delivery governance for the Beauty Conversations Factory. You will bridge business, product, technology and design to accelerate value for consumer-grade AI platforms.

Hybrid Paris-based role with 2-3 days on-site. You will lead governance, manage backlogs, and align stakeholders across multiple teams while ensuring compliance with Trustworthy AI and security reviews.

Responsabilités

• Drive product management for consumer-grade platforms with cross-functional alignment.
• Manage backlog and prioritization of workstreams including Product Data Agent, Kerastase Product Finder, Care Interoperability, Orion VTO, and Target Architecture Framing.
• Produce high-level deliverables and defend them at governance levels (DA and CPP).
• Oversee compliance readiness with Trustworthy AI, security testing, and regulatory reviews.
• Facilitate weekly steering committees, bi-weekly demos, and cross-functional alignment with CTO‑office and involved teams.

Context & Mission

As the Senior Product Lead, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery governance for the Beauty Conversations Factory. You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, product management, technology, and design teams to accelerate time-to-value for consumer-grade AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product management for consumer-grade platforms, aligning senior business, product, technology, and design stakeholders around the shortest time-to-value.
• Manage the shared backlog, prioritization of workstreams (Product Data Agent, Kerastase Product Finder, Care Interoperability, Orion VTO, and Target Architecture Framing), and delivery milestones.
• Produce high-level deliverables and successfully defend them at all governance levels of the organisation, including Design Authority (DA) and CPP milestones.
• Oversee compliance readiness, working alongside technical teams to secure approvals across Trustworthy AI, pentest/red-team, and scientific/regulatory committees.
• Facilitate weekly steering committees, bi-weekly demos, and cross-functional alignment across O+O Product & Engineering, Modiface, O+O Care, the Orion core team, and the CTO office.

Key Requirements

• Proven leadership in product management for consumer-grade, digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce / eRetail, Consumer Care, social commerce, and agentic commerce.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence-based management skills.
• Track record of producing high-quality deliverables and defending them at executive and governance levels (DA, CPP).

Hybrid working model

Hybrid working model based in Paris (2-3days/week on-site) with strong autonomy and a hands-on approach.
