Revolut is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on privacy, data protection, and AI compliance across the business. Reporting to the Head of Legal in France, you can be based in Europe and may work remotely or in a hybrid setup.

The role entails guiding complex data transfers, drafting privacy notices, and collaborating with regulators while supporting product teams on regulatory requirements. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on privacy, data protection, and AI matters in France and/or the EU.
• Strong governance and regulatory risk assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Advise on privacy, data protection, and AI legal issues for product structuring and marketing.
• Ensure privacy considerations are embedded in feature reviews and launches.
• Draft and negotiate DP and AI clauses with third parties and Revolut entities.
