Youtrust is seeking a Head of Legal to lead its legal function, aligning day-to-day operations with strategic goals across product, tech, finance and people teams. The role emphasizes regulatory expertise in eIDAS frameworks, AI governance, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with at least 3 in a management role.
• Experience in SaaS/tech/B2B/trust services/fintech or other regulated sectors is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing organization with international stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Knowledge of eIDAS 2.0 and AI Act is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the in-house legal team (2 contracts lawyers, 1 regulatory/product lawyer, apprentice).
• Manage strategic contracts including B2B, partnerships, supplier agreements, and NDAs; negotiate complex matters in FR and EN.
• Support regulatory, product, trust services, and AI governance with Product/Tech & Compliance teams.
• Oversee AI, data governance, and regulatory implications for products and internal tools.
• Participate in governance, corporate, insurance, litigation, IP, and cross-functional projects.
