PLP Group is seeking a Head of Legal to manage all legal matters, including regulatory affairs, commercial contracts, and IP strategy. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of legal experience, is admitted to practice in France, and has demonstrated expertise in managing complex legal scenarios in fast-growing tech firms.

This role involves significant interaction with product and executive teams to ensure compliance while driving business growth in diverse markets.

You will also develop scalable legal processes and work closely with external counsel across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience with exposure to commercial contracts, IP, regulatory, and employment matters.
• Admitted to practice law in France; multi-jurisdictional expertise preferred.
• Strong ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into business inputs.

Responsabilités

• Act as legal force multiplier for leadership, surfacing risks and proposing solutions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, overseeing legal aspects of vendor onboarding.
• Monitor and operationalize relevant regulations globally, engaging with regulators.
