Mistral in France is looking for a Learning & Development Leader to establish a comprehensive learning culture and manage all L&D initiatives. The position involves defining and executing strategies aligned with business growth while implementing effective learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, particularly in a tech startup environment, and strong capabilities in stakeholder management and strategic execution. This role requires building a robust Learning Management System tailored to organizational needs.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ of progressive HR experience, primarily in tech startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs for onboarding and upskilling.
• Select, configure, and deploy a Learning Management System.
