Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the French market, aligned with broader business objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition through direct prospecting, networking, partnerships and referral channels.
• Build, manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the French sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and clear accountability.
• Establish strong relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company within the French payments, fintech and financial services ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Client Management teams to ensure successful client acquisition and onboarding.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and market insights for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments relevant to France.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and commercial efficiencies.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to wider international commercial initiatives and support cross-border growth opportunities.
