Malt is seeking a Head of Experience Systems & AI to lead frontend and interaction evolution. You’ll guide design-system governance, scale quality standards, and embed branding into automated outputs and generated UI. You’ll mentor a senior product designer and a content designer while collaborating with systems engineers to build scalable, token-driven interfaces.

Fluent English required; Paris office-based with a strong cross-functional culture focused on excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design systems teams and cross-functional squads.
• Strong understanding of design token architecture and scalable UI systems.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own the systemic vision, governance models, and technical roadmap for Experience Systems & AI.
• Set the UI execution bar: define standards for layout, motion, responsiveness, tokens.
• Oversee semantic systems and content design to guide AI-generated copy.
• Coach and mentor a senior product designer and a content designer.
• Automate code workflows and asset extraction to streamline design-to-code.
• Implement automated visual testing within CI pipelines to catch regressions and accessibility issues.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to innovate context-aware, adaptive UI components.
