Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to own Oxygen, the company-wide design system, and ensure every product surface is built on a consistent, high-quality foundation. You will lead a team of designers and engineers across markets, shaping experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.

This strategic leadership role blends vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design or design systems across multiple product teams.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with directors and above.
• Experience scaling a design system across markets and product surfaces.
• Proven ability to measure system health with adoption metrics and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for Oxygen; tie health to business impact.
• Establish governance across Design, Product, Engineering and Brand.
• Ensure coherent, on-brand AI-generated interfaces across surfaces.
• Define cross-organizational adoption and measure contribution velocity.
• Manage and grow a team of designers, product people and engineers.
