Jobtailor is seeking an AML Operations Leader to drive excellence across eight markets, optimizing alert triage speed, quality, and backlog zero. You will shape scalable processes and own complex case escalations, balancing regulatory demands with business needs.

• Strong AML/compliance expertise (AFC rules, regulatory frameworks) and scalable operation.
• Proven manager-of-managers experience with 4+ direct reports in a high-volume setting.
• High ownership and proactivity with ability to drive solutions independently.
• Structured execution with clear prioritisation and repeatable operating systems.
• Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven manager-of-managers experience (at least 4 or 5 direct reports) in a high-volume operational environment.
• High ownership and proactivity: you identify problems early and drive solutions without hand-holding.
• Structured execution: you bring clarity, prioritisation, and repeatable operating systems to fast-moving teams.
• Confident stakeholder management.
