Alan is building Mo, an AI assistant and Clinic Platform that delivers chat, teleconsultation, and care programs at scale for healthcare. You will lead the Mo engineering team, own the architecture, and ensure reliability and safety in a 24/7 service.

As the engineering leader you will partner with product and ML teams, recruit and mentor engineers, and help the team trade off performance and safety while shipping production AI features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
• Ability to guide architectural decisions and maintain engineering excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Mo engineering team and own the architecture for Mo's next chapters.
• Drive reliability, latency, and on-call practices for 24/7 real-time services.
• Collaborate with product, ML, and medical teams to align roadmaps and delivery.
