Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Director of Developer Experience to lead the new AI Developer Experience team in Paris, reporting to the VP Platform Engineering. You will own CI/CD and the current DevEx scope, shaping workflows that accelerate AI-enabled software delivery while preserving quality and control.

The role focuses on building the agent-native testing and feedback infrastructure, overseeing monolith and satellite services, and measuring developer productivity per AI-era metrics.

Qualifications

• Led engineering orgs through large-scale DevEx transformations.
• Managed 300+ engineers and drove adoption and productivity gains.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling and workflows enabling agents to write, test, review and merge code with quick feedback loops.
• Own CI/CD and testing for the monolith and satellite services, scaled for AI-driven workflows.
• Lead inner-loop experiences including local/remote environments, onboarding and sandboxing.
• Develop and grow the AI Developer Experience team and align with product goals.
