Photoroom, a leading visual AI company, seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the AI platform powering all products. You will shape the gateway, safeguards, and multi-step workflows, working closely with engineers and researchers to ship features that scale with minimal code.

The role is based in Paris with hybrid flexibility and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making. You will drive product strategy, align cross-team roadmaps, and ensure AI capabilities become reusable primitives for

Qualifications

• Shipped products users love and delivered business outcomes.
• Experience building platform, API or developer-facing products.
• Experience shipping agentic or model-backed features to production.
• Familiarity with evals, guardrails, cost per call and multi-step workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own the AI platform that powers Photoroom products.
• Expand and improve the AI gateway with safeguards, evals, costs and observability.
• Build the agentic layer and MCP for multi-step visual workflows.
• Define problems clearly and collaborate with engineering/research to ship effortless work.
• Prioritize roadmaps across teams and communicate strategy with rationale.
• Use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
