Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a PDE Process Integration (PI) Engineer to drive robust integration of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products during New Product Introduction (NPI). You will partner with Fab, Assembly, Test, Yield, Quality, and central engineering to ensure process readiness, yield ramp, and on-time milestones.

You will apply AI-enabled tools, perform DOEs and window studies, and support cross-functional teams to deliver scalable NPI solutions for advanced memory technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering required.
• 0–2 years semiconductor experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI process integration for HBM products.
• Collaborate with Fab, Assembly, Test, Yield, and Quality across functions.
• Support NPI builds with data collection and readiness activities.
• Assist with NPI-to-HVM handoff activities and documentation.
• Perform DOE, yield, defect, and variability analyses.
