Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Consultant BI pour son site à Lille. Le candidat idéal a une expertise avérée en visualisation de données, notamment avec Power BI et Tableau. Vous serez en charge de concevoir des dashboards interactifs et d'analyser les besoins des clients tout en formant les utilisateurs finaux. Ce poste nécessite au minimum 3 ans d'expérience en BI et un diplôme Bac +3 à Bac +5. Un environnement de travail stimulant avec des projets variés et une méthodologie agile vous attend.

Havas DBI, recherche un Consultant BI sur Lille

Missions principales

En tant qu’Expert BI spécialisé en Datavisualisation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse, la transformation, la visualisation et la diffusion des données au sein de l’organisation de nos clients. Vous serez référent sur les outils Power BI et Tableau Software, et accompagnerez vos clients dans la mise en place de tableaux de bord pertinents et impactants.

Vos missions incluent notamment :

• Analyser les besoins métiers en matière de reporting et de pilotage.

• Concevoir et développer des dashboards interactifs et rapports dynamiques sous Power BI et Tableau.

• Assurer la qualité, la fiabilité et la cohérence des données exploitées.

• Définir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en datavisualisation (UX/UI, storytelling, lisibilité).

• Optimiser les performances des rapports (modèle de données, DAX, calculs Tableau).

• Former et accompagner les utilisateurs finaux à l’utilisation des outils BI.

• Participer à la gouvernance BI : gestion des accès, catalogues de rapports, documentation.

• Collaborer avec les équipes Data (Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists) pour garantir un écosystème cohérent.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise avancée de Power BI (Power Query, DAX, modèles de données, publication, sécurité RLS).

• Bonne maîtrise de Tableau Software (Desktop, Server, calculs LOD, actions de filtres, storytelling).

• Bonnes connaissances en modélisation de données, architecture BI (Data Warehouse, Data Lake).

• Solide compréhension des langages SQL, Excel avancé (Power Pivot un plus).

• Connaissances de base en Python appréciées (notamment pour la data prep ou data science).

• Notions de gouvernance BI et sécurité des données (accès, traçabilité, RGPD...).

Compétences comportementales :

• Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

• Pédagogie et sens du service client.

• Capacité à vulgariser et à présenter des insights de façon claire et impactante.

• Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation.

• Curiosité technologique et veille constante sur les outils BI.

• Bonne maitrise de l’anglais

Formation & Expérience

• Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique décisionnelle, statistiques, mathématiques appliquées, business analytics ou équivalent.

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur des projets BI, avec un focus fort sur la datavisualisation.

• Certification Microsoft Power BI ou Tableau (souhaitée ou un plus).

Environnement de travail

• Environnement : Azure / SQL Server / AWS / BigQuery (en fonction de l'entreprise).

• Méthodologie agile ou cycle en V selon les projets.

• Interaction avec les métiers : finance, marketing, opérations, RH, etc.
