Job summary

Alta Ares is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Paris to own end-to-end recruitment for hardware and engineering teams. You will build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, and conduct hands-on headhunting across defense, aerospace and related high-tech industries.

You will partner with engineering and production leaders to define role requirements, manage the full process from outreach to offers, and improve hiring speed and quality while strengthening Alta Ares’

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record recruiting hardware and engineering talent.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hardware and engineering teams.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Drive hands-on sourcing and headhunting across defense, aerospace, and more.
• Partner with engineers and leaders to define role requirements.
