Job summary

Alta Ares is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for its Go-to-Market teams across international markets. You will build proactive sourcing strategies and perform hands-on headhunting for defense and aerospace roles.

In this scale-up environment, you will partner with sales leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, deliver high-quality candidates, and strengthen Alta Ares' employer brand across global defense networks.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Business Development in defense/aerospace.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Scale-up or high-growth environment experience.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM teams across international markets.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Lead hands-on headhunting for defense/aerospace roles.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and hiring managers on role requirements.
• Manage full recruitment process from outreach to offers.
• Strengthen Alta Ares' employer brand and networks.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
